Rabarcello is an artisan Dutch Spirit made from fresh rhubarb. For over 5000 years this precious plant has been sought after for both its medicinal purposes and culinary qualities.

Now Mister Kitchen, together with historical distiller Herman Jansen, captured its true spirit in a bottle. The luscious taste and fluorescent colour are the natural result of our secret recipe with this mythical ingredient.

Rabarcello is served in exquisite cocktails and mixed with sparkling wine. But best of all, it’s enjoyed straight and chilled as a bitter-sweet-sour apéritif or digestif. Naturally made in Holland from local rhubarb. So store it dark and cool to preserve its taste & colour.

Recipes

To create the perfect harmony of bitter, sweet and sour notes in our Dutch Spirit, we use one kilo of fresh rhubarb per litre. As you can see below, Rabarcello is perfect to shake and stir but please try one pure!

The Holy Stem – Zazí
